Invention, Intellectual Property and Income

This week's assignment involved developing a dissemination plan for my final project. This included outlining future possibilities and exploring how to turn them into probabilities. Additionally, I created a draft of the slide and the video for the project.

Dissemination plan

For this dissemination plan, I have many future plans because I am passionate about this project and want to improve it. My goal is to develop a robot that can know everything, which is now possible with AI. I plan to make more changes and enhancements to make this project worthy of ASE III (Área de Síntesis y Evaluación, or Synthesis and Evaluation Area). I want this project to be my legacy at Ibero, continuously improving and becoming better over time.

Objectives

Before this becomes the greatest robot at Ibero, let's set some objectives for the short term and long term for this project.

Short termn

  • New bigger and friendly desing
  • New dispaly, even bigger
  • New microcontroller
  • New microphone
  • New speaker

Long termn

  • Using IA to procces the information
  • Multi Language support
  • Active all the time
  • Better animations
  • Multitasking

Target audience

This innovative service will be accessible to everyone at Ibero Puebla, providing an inclusive and user-friendly experience for all, regardless of whether they are from outside the university or another country. The primary objective is to ensure that this helpful robot serves everyone equally, offering assistance and support no matter who they are or where they come from. By embracing this inclusive approach, we aim to foster a welcoming and supportive environment for all members of the Ibero Puebla community and beyond.

Key Messages

  • Educational Enhancement - "Enhance your educational experience with the innovative support of our campus robot."
  • Community Building - "Join us in creating a more connected and supportive community with the help of our innovative robot."
  • Support for International Students and Visitors - "International students and visitors will find a reliable assistant in our robot, ensuring a smooth experience at Ibero Puebla."

Channels and Tools

All the information will be extracted from the official Ibero webpages and their database, as well as from their official social media channels. Additionally, for more friendly responses, there will be constant feedback from students and other users.

Licensing

I initially didn't know much about licenses and how they work, but I now understand them better thanks to Creative Commons. Creative Commons is an international nonprofit organization that empowers people to grow and sustain a thriving commons of shared knowledge and culture, addressing the world's most pressing challenges and creating a brighter future for all. If you're unsure about which license you need, Creative Commons has a section that helps you determine the most suitable license for your purposes. You can access this part by clicking here.

So with that been said, as for my personal license, Creative Commons sugest me to use CC BY-NC 4.0 (Creative Common Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International).

The reason for choosing this license is that it requires reusers to give credit to the creator. It allows reusers to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format, but only for noncommercial purposes. Here are some key points about the license:

You are free to:

  • Share - copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
  • Adapt - remix, transform, and build upon the material.

And the licensor cannot revoke these freedoms as long as you follow the license terms.

Under the following terms:

  • Attribution - You must give appropriate credit , provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made . You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.
  • NonCommercial - You may not use the material for commercial purposes

And here is the license:
